Wizard

General

The Wizard class returns in Diablo Immortal fulfilling the fantasy of the ranged spellcaster fighting its enemies with elemental magic. Their ability to wipe out hordes of enemies with area-of-effect attacks makes them a great choice for leveling and farming. Let's dive deeper and see what makes them so powerful!

Attributes

There are 5 Primary Attributes in the game: Strength, Intelligence, Fortitude, Vitality and Willpower. All of them provide 1 Offense and Defense Rating for each point you have, so any attributes gained will always make you stronger. However they are not equally valued to the Wizard as they also provide additional bonuses.

#1 Intelligence - Provides increased Damage. Nothing beats hitting harder, especially in a game without hardcore mode. This is the best stat a Wizard can have.

#2 Fortitude - Provides increased Armor and Armor Penetration. Armor Penetration is mandatory in high-level content if you want to deal any amount of damage. This combined with the armor buff makes it a very strong choice for the Wizard.

#3 Vitality - Provides Life. No one likes to die, so picking up Vitality isn't a bad choice at all.

#4 Willpower - Provides Potency and Resistance. These increase the duration of harmful effects you deal to enemies, and decrease the duration of harmful effects enemies deal to you. There is value in these stats, but because Wizards primarily deal direct damage, the other stats above are better to have.

#5 Strength - Provides nothing additional beyond the 1 Offense and Defense Rating that the others also give. This is the worst stat for a Wizard and should be replaced by anything else.

There are also Secondary and Additional Attributes that apply to all classes and are explained in this post.
